GENTLE YOGA for STRENGTH
Gentle Yoga for Strength- This class focuses on gentle flexibility and strength building yoga poses and abdominal exercises. It moves at a slow pace for precision and clear breath work. It is wonderful for every body because Jen gives alternatives for each pose.
This class is great for young people, old people, and 50 year olds! Everybody has a body that needs attention and love. Come practice twice a week on ZOOM and see the difference it makes!
Jen's Bio
Jen discovered yoga in New York City in her early twenties and never stopped. She found yoga to be a great compliment to her modern dance career. Now teaching Hatha yoga for 25 years, Jen's classes are filled with ease, information, focus and heart. They have moved online since Covid and her students love it! Come join us from her great room in Bluemont, VA on Zoom.
