GENTLE YOGA
Gentle Yoga- This class is designed for people that want a slower pace. It is great for beginners, seniors, pregnant people, weight lifters. It includes stretching and strengthening, deep breathing exercises and meditation. Gentle Yoga is wonderful for people who suffer from chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, shoulder/wrist pain, stiffness or fatigue, anxiety or depression.
HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga-This class moves at a slightly faster pace than the Gentle Yoga classes, and includes more upper-body conditioning and core exercises. It is great for eager beginners and for folks that have had some yoga experience.
